Movement Practice

Movement Practice is a series of essays investigating the relationships we have with movement. In my writing, which includes a series of reflective tasks and practices I encourage you to engage with, l invite you to investigate your relationship with movement and exercise, and the role movement plays as a vehicle to embody some of the most important themes in our lives beyond physical health: Authenticity, meaning, and belonging.

If this project jives with you, you can follow my ongoing creative process and support my writing on Patreon (for just 1$/month).
